“Rhona is a rare designer and team leader. Her designs are outstanding—dynamic, modern and well thought out. She leads a team of architects, engineers, landscape architects as well as a group of trades, with firm, yet gentle directives so there are no raised voices nor recriminations heard on the job sites. Rhona shows great respect for every member of the team from the architects to the engineers and all other professionals, but also to all the workers, contractors, masons and carpenters on the site. Because of Rhona, all the workers put extra care and effort into finishing the project in record time and with perfect results. She listens to what her clients want and produces concepts that are clear and intriguing. The working drawings are equally straightforward and she motivates client involvement along the way. After the design is narrowed down to a main concept, she encourages clients to visit showrooms with her if it is a matter of deciding on one thing or another, or if it involves knowing the comfort level of a particular chair, bed or desk.
